The hotel itself is amazing. Great staff, premises, next to the sandy beach with clean and warm sea for swimming. I have taken 1 star for everything because: 1. On the first day one member of staff in the bar was very rude to me and I had to complain. We didn't go to the bar after the incident. 2. There are a lot of cats in the canteen who try to get into your plate. 3. A lot of dogs on the territory of the hotel chasing guests, fighting with each other. The worst thing is that the dogs are fouling on the beach!!! It has considerably spoilt the impression. 4. Location is very far away from the airport: beween 2.5-3 hours drive one way.

Whilst it was okay, the food was very repetitive and too much choice meant not enough attention was paid to the meals in relation to taste. Mostly Russians and entertainment was also geared towards Russian speakers. Poolside music was the same everyday! Mixture of dance tracks that was the same playlists all Week. The best place was the beach. One of the best beaches I have been in Turkey! Beachside bar and snacks were good. Pizza and burgers- can’t really go wrong. Kids liked the poolside and the slides. But it was very busy. The alcohol was very cheap and tasted awful. The beer was watered down. Not worth an all inclusive. Most workers this year were very young. Student age mostly.

Memnun kaldık.
Biz 3-6 Ağustos arasında 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk olarak konakladık. Buraya gelmeden önce Datça'da bir haftalık tatil yapmıştık o yüzden denizi bize pek iyi gelmedi. Çok dalgalıydı aynı zamanda zemin de kum olunca çok bulanıktı. Biz genellikle havuzda takılmayı tercih ettik. Otelde günün her saatinde yiyecek içecek bir şeyler buluyorsunuz. Kokteylleri güzeldi. Birası idare ederdi. Odayı her gün temizlediler. Havlu değişimi yapmadılar ama yerler vs temizlendi hep. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık. Bir de otelin %90'ı Rus turist idi. Herhangi bir problem oluşturacak durum değil ama belirtmek istedim.

Otel ve konsept hizmet olarak çok iyiler fakat 2022 yılında çok daha iyiydi. Gördüğüm eksikler ; başlıca havuz aşırı derece de sıcak ciddi anlamda buna bir el atmaları gerekir. Sonrasında animatörler zorla çalıştırılıyor gibiler bir onceki ekip çok enerjik ve keyiflilerdi. Ve özellikle restaurant şefleri çalışan çocuklara boş yere bağırıp azarlıyor çocuklar çok güzel hizmet verip ilgileniyorlar herkesin masası ile. Oda çarşaf havlu değişimi önceden 2 gün de bir idi şimdi 3 güne çıkarılmış denildi. Bugün 5. Günüm ayrılıyorum ve çarşaflarım değişmedi. Ama genel olarak tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel. Harika bir sahil, deniz ve doğa içinde güzel bir yapı. Odalar geniş ve ferah. Bahçe ve botanik güzel. Havuza girmesek de bakımlı görünüyor. Fakat bu deneyimleri gölgeleyen öyle şeyler var ki üzücü… Yiyecek, içecek konusunda çok kısıtlama var. Otelde suyu bile bardakla alıyorsun, odalara içme suyu bırakılmıyor. Bardaklar, tabaklar çok kirli. 2 gün boyunca 1 tane bile temiz bardak görmedim. Yiyecekler çok hızlı bitiyor ve yenilenmiyor, kuyruklar oluşuyor. Ki yemekler hep karbonhidrat ağırlıklı. Herhangi bir hizmet ve sipariş alma durumu otelin hiçbir yerinde sağlanmıyor belki uygun fiyat dolayısıyla bu anlaşılabilir. Kısacası yeme/içme konusu haricinde memnun kaldık. Hizmet beklentiniz düşükse çok keyif alabilirsiniz.

Die Umgebung Strand, Meer, Hotelanlage draussen mit Schwimmbad sehr schön. Restaurantplätze unter den Orangenbäumen wunderbar. Morgenessen gut bis sehr gut. Sonstige Mahlzeit leider lieblos präsentiert. Das Personal ist demotiviert - werden wohl schlecht bezahlt… Auswahl wäre da, gekocht nicht schlecht, aber oft nicht warm genug. Mahlzeiten an den Ostblock angepasst. Hotel hat fast ausschliesslich nur Touristen aus Polen, Weissrussland, Russland - wenige aus der Türkei, wir aus der Schweiz waren Exoten. Personal sprach kaum Englisch. Animation bis sehr früh am morgen. Hört man, wenn man Sicht auf das Meer will. Die Sicht aber ist bezaubernd. Infrastruktur: Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Möbel im Zimmer, AC, Möbel im Restaurant, Kaffeemaschine im Restaurant funktionierte teilweise nicht. Für 2 Nächte ein wunderbares Hotel, aber bitte nicht länger. Preisleistung so so la la - der Strand und das Meer und der grosse Swimmingpool sind es wert) viele wilde Hunde und Katzen - muss man mögen…., werden von den Touristen gefüttert mit Fleisch vom Buffet) Für uns als Zwischenhalt unserer Südtürkeireise für die Besichtigung von Myra und Demre ideal.

Hier und da ein paar Macken - aber zu empfehlen
Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel wirkt hier und da nur leider sehr abgewohnt und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Jedoch in Summe gesehen absolut empfehlenswert, vor allem ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zum breiten Sandstrand hin top 👍

Hôtel où il est difficile de parler en Anglais ! Personnel très froid. Clientèle principalement des pays de l'est. La nourriture est passable. Les horaires du buffet sont trop courts (le buffet finit à 14h !). Néanmoins grand hôtel avec des toboggans sympas et une grande pisicine. Plage privée et possibilité de faire du jet ski.

Otel ve hizmet iyi fakat kalite ve hijyen eksik
Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü. Konumu iyi. Otelde gün içinde aktiviteler olması iyi. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için uygun. Odaları çok geniş. Tek problem temizlik. Odalar büyük olduğu için, köşe bucak temizlik yapılamıyor. Biz girdiğimizde duvarda kocaman bir kelebek ölüsü vardı. Biz orada kaldığımız süre boyunca birkaç kez temizlik yapıldı fakat kimse ölü kelebeğe dokunmadı. Son olarak, hijyen problemi ve kalite eksikliği yemeklerde kendini gösteriyor. Örneğin yemeklerdeki sucuk ve sosislerin gerçekten kalitesiz olduğu belli oluyordu. Tabakları ıslak ve pis olarak birkaç kez gördük.
