There was trash from the stairwell leading to the parking lot. The trash were multiple cardboard boxes filled with food trash and maybe customer personal belongings. I am not sure why it was cleaned up. The room had mold, the ceiling vent in the bathroom was broken and partially hanging from ceiling. There was a hole with mold by the sink. The shower had a black residue on the side. Black particles fell from the vent in bathroom. The dresser fell over from not being secured to the wall and didn’t have a backside to hold it up.

Lots of drug addicated people in the hotel. When I checked in, I found the room not cleaned properly. The area is not safe to roam around.

Nightmare Experience
We had a terrible experience! The toilet overflowed, spilling dirty water all the way into the room. We reported this immediately to the front desk at 8am as we left for a busy day. We got back to the hotel at 9:30 that night to discover that the mess had not been cleaned up! We were told that housekeeping services are only available every other day, so nobody could clean the mess until the next day. We were told if we wanted fresh towels we had to bring the dirty ones downstairs ourselves. We said we were not going to touch the poop-covered towels, and were told that then we couldn't get new ones. We were told there were no other rooms available, which is understandable. But we were also refused a refund. This is unacceptable. The room was uninhabitable. It is unreasonable to have expected us to stay in a room with no bathroom access and that was unsanitary and covered in filth. We ended up checking out and going to a different hotel. We are still fighting to get our refund.

Stairway was very dirty and sticky. No toilet paper in our bathroom. Burn marks in the bathroom on the floor and sink. Stove didn't work. The railing near our room was not safe. The room smelled.

I never checked in. They told me the hotel was sold out! There were no cars in the parking lot and no people anywhere so something must have happened that they don’t want people to know about?!? What else could make sense is beyond me but NEVER STAY THERE is my msg!!

Hookers and meth.
Place was a absolute dump. Hookers and tweekers. Felt unsafe with belongings in room. Was so disgusting. Awful cleaning..Didnt sleep well at all. Kept up by the smlell and use of drugs from my upstairs. Someone threw food by my rental... Checked out 3 days early. Manager said i would receive refund. But that was a lie. Hotels.com shouldn't offer this place guests. This place is barely suitable for homless people.
