Walking into the grand foyer of this palatial penthouse fills you with anticipation. This five-bedroom, four-bath Destin, Florida vacation rental is one of the crown jewels of the Emerald Coast. The elegant finishes include arched entryways, lustrous travertine floors, hardwood floors, tray ceilings, granite, luxurious lighting and more.

Sleeping 10, this stunningly spacious Destin home away from home boasts one of the best views available on the Gulf of Mexico. The 40-foot balcony complements the open kitchen, living room, and dining area. The primary bedroom with its king size, adjustable height, Posturepedic bed also opens onto the balcony. His and hers closets lead to the bathroom which has a tub, separate walk-in shower, and two granite-topped vanities.

The exceptional kitchen offers chef-worthy gas appliances, two ovens, warming oven and microwave. The huge laundry room also includes a second refrigerator and ice making machine. There is even an office with a Murphy Bed. Four of the five bedrooms have views of the Gulf of Mexico or Destin and five televisions are available throughout this beautiful penthouse.

Your family beach vacation includes private beach access and complimentary seasonal beach service with umbrella and chairs set up on the beach each day of your stay. There is a community pool, grills and fitness room. An added bonus are the spectacular sightings of dolphins swimming close to the shoreline.

This condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay.
We do not rent to anyone under 25.

We are thrilled to offer our Newman-Dailey guests 1 FREE ticket each day of your stay to the following activities through Xplorie for paid stays, 27 nights or less: Big Kahuna’s water Park, A Round of Golf, Dolphin Cruise, Parasailing, The Gulfarium, & Snorkeling (seasonal and subject to availability)

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Enjoyable stay
Enjoyable stay with accurate representation online. The master bedroom and bath is quite impressive. Great ocean view with easy beach access and local attractions. Having said that there are a few oddities. The faucet for kitchen has it’s hot and cold water reversed (handle has to reversed in order for the faucet to fit), the shower in the one the smaller bedrooms is a mystery to figure out (there’s a hidden switch), the ice maker in the fridge is broken (there’s a secondary ice maker near the sink), and there’s a few places like air vents that need some maintenance. Despite the cleaning charge and Covid sanitation promise, there was sand and dirt on the floor and counters when we arrived. Overall though this was a nice place and very enjoyable.

Our stay was amazing, the condo was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The large balcony was outstanding for taking in the gulf view and listening to the waves and at this time of year you get both a sunrise and sunset over the water. I highly recommend this property.

FANTASTIC WEEK IN BEAUTIFUL CONDO!!!
We spent a wonderful week in this Condo and it was was absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. There were 6 adults and 3 toddlers and it was perfect for all of us. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen in any condo that we have stayed. We cooked in several nights and there was not one kitchen utensil missing and plenty of dishes and cookware. The furniture was so comfortable as were the beds. We have been coming to Destin for over 30 years and this was the nicest condo we have stayed in. We loved being on the end unit as the condo was so light and all the balconies were great. Our grandchildren loved the balcony and we all spent a lot of time out there....the furniture was so comfortable and there was plenty for all of us. There were also so many beach toys, chairs and floaties in the owners closet....didn’t have to buy a thing. We have beautiful memories with our daughters, their husbands and our 3 beautiful grandchildren that we will always cherish. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Destin!!!

Wondreful family vacation
The balcony and the views were the best we have ever seen and we have stayed all along the gulf clear to Marco Island. The washer and dryer were perfect for our 10 person family. The only thing I could think of that might help would be to improve the hot water faucet pressure in the master bedroom. Overall really awesome and we are grateful for the privilege to have stayed there. We would 100% recommend this condo to anyone! Made lots of beautiful family memories!! Thanks so much Randy!!!

Perfect location
Beach was perfect for family with kids and grand parents. Weather could have been better at times but the resulting surf was great. Unit amenities were more than adequate. AC in master bedroom was always colder than the rest of the unit, however. Good time had by all.

Incredible penthouse condo!
We had a family beach trip (5 couples + 1 child) and this condo was perfect! View was fabulous...right on the beach: sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, and ocean. Complex was mostly families so quiet at night. Condo was extremely clean, updated, and HUGE (enough space/room for all of us to have our "quiet" time). Separate storage room had lots of stuff to use (floats, body boards, boogie boards, toys for kids, floats, beach chairs, cooler, etc.) so look in there before you spend $$ to buy anything. Randy was awesome to deal with! Would definitely stay in this condo again!

Amazing views, located right on the white, sandy beaches, abundance of space, immaculate details
Our family had a wonderful family vacation relaxing on the beach in Destin. The accommodations were perfect with plenty of space and everything we needed to feel right at home. The balcony, spanning the condo width of the living room and master suite, became our favorite spot! The amazing view, along with the short walk to the beach allowed for endless trips back and forth to the beach. Early morning walks and nightly crabbing were a hit with everyone. Everything was immaculate and made our week one of the best ever. We will definitely be coming back to this perfect penthouse.

Perfect Destin Location

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT family vacation
The moment you walk into the condo you are greeted with elegance. Four very comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms are off the octagonal foyer. A walk down the connecting hallway leads you to the main living quarters, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom and bath. Along the hallway is also a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer and large sink and folding area. As you walk into the main living quarters you are greeted with breath-taking views of the beach. All furniture and decor are FABULOUS. Kitchen is well appointed. The numerous balconies and private beach are perfect and the pool area adequate. Furniture on the main balcony is very comfortable. There is also a room off the elevator with beach equipment, chairs, toys etc. for condo 401. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and also how great it was to work with Randy Rintala. We have already booked our stay for next year. Don't miss your chance to have a beautiful home away from home.

Awesome location, awesome place!
This penthouse is AWESOME. All the reviews are true to their words. This was the first family reunion with our adult children & their families, and the floor layout and room inside and out was perfect. We were blessed to have fantastic weather while there and all of us spent much of our time on the beach, which was never crowded. But our time inside this lovely place was wonderful as well. The grocery store and shops at Destin Commons are just a few minutes away. We had almost all our meals in the condo with the high-end appliances, well-eqipped kitchen, and BBQ area serving us up some delicious meals. We watched fireworks at Destin Commons off the north balcony, didnt have to drive anywhere to see them. We all agreed we want to come back to this place again. Plans are already in the works for a future stay. You will love this place and the ease of working with Randy.

Fabulous Family Fun in Forida
As soon as you step into this condo the WOW factor is there and it continues throughout. The views from the balconies are amazing. Great location, in walking distance to shopping and dining. If you're looking for somewhere to impress your family or friends you need to book this condo.

Absolutely Wonderful!
We had a fabulous time. Absolutely gorgeous views, perfectly furnished (including a well equipped kitchen), and overall wonderful! Randy was helpful and nearby when we needed a quick fix to the outdoor storage room. He also was able to answer any questions VERY quickly. Access to and from the beach was easy. Covered parking is a huge plus. We felt like we were in a great, quiet spot and not near the craziness of Destin. We had four kids and five adults in our party and never felt crowded. We were about a 20ish minute ride to 30A, 20 min ride to a fantastic pontoon rental boat place and about 4 minutes to Publix! We would highly recommend 401 to anyone considering it! Have fun!!!

Beautiful condo with a great view
Such a wonderful week, our family loved the condo and definitely recommend it. It was so nice and practically every thing we could possibly need was provided. It has a beautiful view and has so many conveniences provided. And most importantly friendly helpful service from Randy from the time we reserved it, to check-in, and then with our departure. He made us feel very comfortable with any questions or concerns we might have during our stay.
