We spent 5 days with our friends, this was our first trip to Dubai and we had an excellent time. The hotel was great and the staff were very nice and pleasant, They couldnā€™t do enough for you, first class!!! The food was varied with plenty of options and the drinks at the bar were great, all branded i.e Smirnoff and absolute vodka, Heineken etc. The bar staff were so pleasant too. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Taxiā€™s were no problem either. We would definitely stay in the C Central Hotrl again, definitely great for your first trip to Dubai.

We had a lovely stay and I would recommend, but for a 5* hotel the sunbeds by the pool and beach were terrible - probably the worst Iā€™ve ever experienced and screamed cheap and tacky. Otherwise the room, buffet, staff etc were all wonderful and we had a fantastic stay. It was a shame there were so many children around screaming but this is of no fault of the hotel and parents should be warned about this behaviour being unacceptable in a 5* hotel

Front desk and concierge staff were great. So weā€™re good staff. Hotel just wasnā€™t clean and slow at everything. Hallways smelled. Little things not done like trash picked up by tables at the pool or service lingered for 40 minutes for a drink. Itā€™s nice but not a 5 star hotel.
