We loved every moment of our stay! A couple of points: there is some noise from the near by construction. There may be a need to fine tune the service during breakfast in the Rotisserie.

I have been to Dubai 21 times and stayed in 31 hotels including the Burj Al Arab but this hotel is my favourite bye far we got upgraded to a suite early check-in and late checkout also it was our wedding anniversary and welcomed my wife with flowers which was a lovely surprise 4 pools and a beach amazing dinning options also the suite was out of this world and again thank you from Scotland

One & never again

Worst "luxury" experience ever. The only palace part is its name: check-in not ready before 6pm, fridge not stocked up, cleaning lady vacuuming in front of the door at 8:30 in the morning talking loudly on the phone, keys never working (yes, I have a phone, like 100% of your clients, change your key system don't ask us to not put the keys near them), late check-out granted one night, revoked the next day, room not even that great, food average. It's going to be a one and never again for me!

I had great response on a tailor issue - thank you. Otherwise staff and approach to service was very ‘robotic’ and adhoc. Breakfast was poor standard for such a hotel
