Everything mentioned in booking was not available. We ordered lunch and dinner from the resort and it was very bad and old food. Just warmed up. Moreover, breakfast buffet was pathetic. Toast and eggs were too hard and old. Moreover, fruits were rotten and stinky. They used canned fruits not even fresh. Pool water temperature was not controlled. Honestly, not worth to go there with family. I strictly not recommend this resort. Should be 1 star.

Palma resort is now newly renovated with excellent spacious rooms . Rooms facing sea side and swimming pools with barbecue pits separate for each room. Price is reasonable. Lots of activities . Hotel staff hospitality is too good. Mr. Hassan took good care and makes sure all is perfect.

Overall, itā€™s a great place to stay, they just need to work better on the bathrooms though. There are no towels provided in the pool areas, you have to use the ones in your room. This resort is surely the only good place in the city. They have amazing coffee shops and sea view. Overall, it was a good experience.
