Visiting Dubai as transit and stayed here for a night and another night next in Holiday INN because some friends are staying there, BIG MISTAKE! This is way better hotel, friendly, accommodating, super clean and modern. Seems like a new building with a studio apartment style rooms. Floor to ceiling window with view to water. Hotel is clean and tidy. But this is my 4th time staying at the hotel and no one comes out to help us with the luggage. I had to carry the luggage myself with my pregnant wife. We had to stay in another property for 3 nights and I requested for luggage storage and they could not help me with that at all. Also they held me up during check out saying that a glass was missing, when I had voluntarily declared that I had broken a pepper dispenser.

6-star staff( (Cris, Raman, Mohammed, Youcef, Sharif, Vishal). 5-Star Room. 2-star towels. Amenities. Etc. I had to walk 10 minutes to get salt. Despite having a full kitchen in my room the hotel had nothing to support it Two thin and small towels. Two minutes of hot water and then lukewarm It could be a great facility but it feels like management is totally cheating out on the small simple stuff I hope they get it right. The staff deserves it
