We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Rooms are not that spacious. But they serve the purpose. Washrooms I found to be very tiny. Could be because coming from North America we have bigger washrooms here. Hotel is dated and it shows that it needs some modifications. But otherwise everything was neat and clean. We have half board option (breakfast and dinner included) which we really liked. Overall a good stay

Amazing hotel, great location and close to everything. The staff was super helpful and even gave us a late check out at 2PM. The breakfast buffet was the best and the rooftop bar as well. Definity recommend.

It was good stay. The receptionist Hassan was very nice. He check us in even we were early. Clean room. But when we came back from our trip. The shower was not working so I ask to move to other room. And they gave us right away. The breakfast was good. But every day was same food. Still good for the price. The staff was very nice most of the time they gave us good cappuccino. I have to give a very good complement to the guys who help us with the luggage. And specially Aqeel who made our stay very comfortable. He was always arranging our schedules for soluna palm beach. The shuttle was none stop taking us to a lot of places and that save us money for a taxi. I will recommend this Tryp hotel. We will get this hotel again for our next vacation .

Nice location clean and decent hotel in a relatively safe neighborhood. Hotel no far from metro station, and two near by convenient supermarkets. Careful with taxi drivers, they can scam you very easily

Clean property. Nice rooms. Location is far from happening areas. They will charge you even if you ask them to open a bottle of juice, which infound strange. Sone staff members were really good, however.

It was my first time staying at the hotel and they made it really memorable for me. It was my birthday when we checked-in and the staff surprised me with a small cake that was delivered to my room. It's just a 10 minute walk to the metro station. What's amazing is that it also comes with a complimentary free accesa to Soluna Beach Club at The Palm! Definitely great value for money.

A new hotel for me.
A comparatively new hotel, great modern decor and very comfortable room. Because of Hotel.com status elevated to a 26th floor room and other bonuses. A bit of front desk confusion about the Soluna Beach booking but always plenty of taxis on hand.
