No complaints, except they did not have a microwave. They should have had a microwave available to use. We had to go around to the small shopping mall, to use a food court microwave. Normally hotels have a place to use their microwave. The hotel is clean, quiet and staff is beautiful. Beautiful hotel.

The hotel staff is amazing! Total luxury throughout. Rooms are large and appointed with beautiful furnishings and the service is the best in class. From the front entrance to the check out you are treated with service like no other. For someone who has travel extensively throughout Europe, this is the best 5 star accommodation I have experienced. If you ever visit Dubai, this is the only place to consider.

My stay at Taj Dubai (Business Bay) 2 weeks ago over exceeded expectations. From check in to check out it was simply impeccable. Early check in with a smile - great room with a view - 5 stars service pre empting requests - great attention to little details - and team going the extra mile ... we thoroughly enjoyed every minute we were at the hotel.

Taj is our go to hotel anytime we are travelling to India and visiting Dubai for the first we choose Taj because of how it has treated us in the past. This stay here was subpar. We have had the experience of Taj going above and beyond, top professional and friendly staff and overall great facilities. This Taj did disappoint. The first day because of the meetings woke up late arrived to the breakfast 2 mins to closing and I was told no, anything I order will be charged to the room. The second day I realized I did not miss anything as the breakfast was horrible. I did ask for the least spiciest of food and I was given the most spicy. The breakfast is just fruits and meat, there is some Indian food but it is on rotation and not great tasting. I drank 2 masala chais and left. The staff is super busy doing nothing overall, the concierge was great though. He helped us navigate the city beautifully, arranged a car and made sure the driver knew the route and plan. I was told by the driver there are better hotels around and would be choosing that next. The room was not made even after 4 in the afternoon, the guy came and did it on request and did not bother to put away the iron stand etc. The rooms are pretty big though but there is a lot of sports car noise in the late night and the fan in the room is too far away to block those noise. The upselling that happened at the concierge was also weird even I told them I was late to meeting. Overall not a Taj experience I hoped it would be.
