Amazing stay. The room was gorgeous with a great view of the Burj Khalifa. Great breakfast! The free shuttle service to Dubai Mall was an added bonus as well!

Wonderful location for the property but I cannot say much else. We had issues with the first room which I prefer not to mention, which we then got moved to another room that was better, but the issues with the first room left something to be desired. Staff were nice and apologized and did their best which is appreciated.

It’s not a five star hotel. Wasn’t a pleasant stay. Room was okay but the lifts and communal areas smelt really bad.

Checked in at 5pm. Took them 40 minutes to get my room ready. Wasn’t offered any compensation. Place was loud and construction really distracts from the location. Had a Burj Khalifa view but you can only see a tiny part of it. Probably won’t stay here again.
