We request a quiet room upon making reservation and confirmed on the check in, the room has a loud band/ music and not able to rest the first nigh. Rajiv Dey after our complaint manage to moved us to another room the second night and we were able to rest, he was able to make it up and make our stay much more pleasant Gulzar the housekeeper was extremely helpful As well as Hardik and Shang at the lounge on the 24 th floor and Imran the bellman.

Awesome location, around the corner from shops. The staff is professional and very catering. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. Definitely a repeat trip and a repeat stay at this hotel.

The facility is beautiful. Clean, nice, and well kept. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable. The amenities were also outstanding. Everything was very convenient and present at the facility or close to it.

The hotel is just beautiful. Its walking distance to the Dubai Mall and Burj Kalif. Many restuart are there and everything is within walking distance.
