Dublin City Holiday Packages

The property was everything we expected – clean, well presented, check-in and check-out was flawless, etc., etc., etc. BUT – We had a problem with an envelope that had been couriered to the hotel for us in advance of our arrival. A misunderstanding resulted in the envelope being returned to the courier, which was a significant inconvenience to us. Very, very rarely in my 40-odd years of travelling have I come across anyone prepared to go to the lengths the Hotel did to get the situation resolved as efficiently as Dierdre and her team did. That’s the stuff we’ll remember and highlight if we ever have a chance to recommend a hotel in Dublin.

The property was very well situated and presented. It was very clean and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful. It was very quiet and although we didn’t use it, the dining/bar are looked very inviting. We were lucky enough to be able to park at no charge, overnight, which suited us perfectly.

The property is quite new and while the rooms are very small, they are clean and quiet. It's a little more out the way than some other hotels but the hotel is walking distance from most attractions and you'll find Dublin very walkable in general. The airlink bus drops you off at Usher Quay which is a 7min walk from hotel and the pick up is even closer. I was at the front desk at 10am exhausted from my 3 flights from Melbourne and was expecting to have to store my luggage and go for a walk for a couple of hours but my room was ready and I was able to take a much needed shower before exploring the city.

Great spot. Nice hotel.
