Was a bit disappointed on arriving that there was no continental breakfast as promised on booking. They have new management and are upgrading the rooms.i look forward to see the upgrades next year.

Very basic. Nothing more than a bed and a shower. They have started a complete refit so it's a building site at the moment and will no doubt be a complety different experience next season. We had no complaints about cleanliness, noise or broken fitting. Breakfast no longer available and coffee undrinkable. But still seemed a lot of money considering we had to go out for breakfast.

Double check your room before getting comfortable.
While we did stay the night, we didn’t have a great experience. One of the beds had hair in it, cobwebs behind the furniture and the fan was covered in dust. Admittedly, we didn’t call them late that night as we were too tired to deal with it. No one was at the desk when we checked out at 7:30am. I contact Hotels.com around lunch time to let them know. The motel apologized, but offered nothing more. I understand that at this point, they are doing renovations and may not be thinking of making sure current rooms are cleaned appropriately. It was also off season. A partial refund would have been acceptable.
