The person up front did exactly what I asked not to do for room placement. Put me in front of the elevator in a low floor. Checked in the next two couples and put them in a high floor instead of me. Every time I took the stairs she gave me a look of contempt…. I don’t use the elevator’s. People up front should never lie about room availability.

Ok for a quick stay
No one was at the front desk to check us in. We got to the room and the heat would not turn on. Went to the front desk to let them know and they said wait 20 minutes. They said call us at the front desk I said I tried by dialing 0 and nothing. It was noisy there is a gap around the door to the hall, stains on the carpet. The drain plug for our bathtub is cruddy and lying on the edge of it. Water stains on the ceiling tiles and we were on the 2nd floor. Holes in the wall.

The hotel was a little dated, but everything was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were on a road trip and had our dog with us. It was very difficult to walk her in the area around the hotel. Breakfast food was good but not very warm. First floor was closed for renovations, so we were on 2nd floor which was inconvenient with a dog. Room was very clean and AC worked great and was quiet!

Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. We arrived very late and the staff was very nice and helpful. Would suggest a bell at the front desk or a buzzer perhaps if staff is in back when people arrive. Construction around the hotel but it wasn't loud (like the people above us were). Breakfast was great and the staff there was so sweet and wrapped it up for me to make it easier to carry back to my hubby in the room. Made for a good overnight stop on our road trip.
