The gentleman that checked us in was very rude but the lady was extremely nice and have always liked her when staying there but the man ruined it, and wish they had a different option for breakfast aswell

Vending machines were empty (had to go to another floor) tried and failed to contact front desk multiple times. Bathroom in restaurant looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks (didn’t even use it). Room was extremely dry had to run the shower several times just to raise the humidity to tolerable levels. No day service. The room itself was nice.
