The property is located in a great spot but was a bit put off on our last visit. The shower had less pressure than a camping shower and was really pathetic for the price of the room. We werent able to check in early - not a problem - but the shower facilities by the pool was cramped and hard to use and not really a good amenity to change into formal wear. Went to get a late coffee and breakfast at 10am and made to feel like a real inconvenience as they needed to set up for Melbourne Cup at 11am despite breakfast being til 11am. It was only a coffee and danish but should of one somewhere else. Not sure we will frequent again!! On a plus note the check in staff were super awesome and friendly, couldnt fault them.

Location right in the beach was lovely. Not much to do at the resort only swim in the pool Or eat. No spa in the pool. Facilities quite old and not that well maintained. Ice machines broken/missing. Booked for three people in a double room and only had two glasses/cups/etc Plunger coffee supplied but no plunger. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Needing a refresh, lights went out each night we were there for about 10-15mins. Dinner took an hour at the restaurant even though it didn’t look that busy. In room breakfast on our last day was the worst I have had in a long time burnt toast with only tomato sauce instead of jam and butter, porridge with literally nothing served with it, not even milk or sugar. Not up to Sheraton standard, quite disappointed.

As Good as it greats on the Coast
Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort at its price point is as good a location or value as anywhere else on the Gold Coast. i did not even realise but on arrive got free dinner for 2, free drinks and $50 voucher per night. Valet parking was a bit expensive but the free voucher took care of that for me

Love staying here away from the hustle and bustle feels like you are on a tropical island staff are all beautiful, food is amazing.. My favourite place.

The resort is world class. Food is excellent and the service is second to none. We had a small issue in our room and management immediately attended to the matter. Their compassion and professionalism was impeccable. Overall, our family really enjoyed the experience. We would happily stay again in the future.

Gorgeous beachside hotel
Modern contemporary decor, very calming palette used. Very spacious room, loved the corner soaking bath (that’s the main reason we stayed here) even though it took forever to fill the bath (it was worth the wait). Room service was fantastic, and all staff were courteous and friendly, we had a great experience. Went to Terraces for breakfast, yum yum, then went for a walk around the outdoor pool area and along the beach. Hands down 100% nicer than Versace where we have stayed several times. Will most definitely be coming back again, just stunning!

Lovely resort with great staff. Make sure you order the buffet breakfast! Fresh fruit and lovely hot food. We’ll definitely stay again and would recommend this resort

Old World Elegance
Close to shops, Marina, Cafes/Restaurants, water activities & SeaWorld. Had dinner. @ Terraces Restaurant, as usual service was outstanding & food delicious. The architecture is distinctive & the foyer & ocean views upon checking in demands complete attention! It’s not called the GRAND Sheridan for nothing! Simply Spectacular.
