The staff was amazing during our stay and gave us our requested top-floor room. The room was quiet, only hearing others when they walked/talked in front of your room momentarily, and it was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, within the top 3 hotel stays we've come across with TRU by Hilton being by far the cheapest cost per night. They have a filtered water bottle fountain on the main floor next to the gym which was an unexpected feature that we didn't know we appreciated until our stay. The room/lobby doesn't have a hotel vibe because of the bright colors and fun decor. Thank you for the great stay :) NEGATIVES: Free Internet = email, text, reading. "Premium" $6.75 per day Internet = video call, streaming, downloading, and enhanced VPN experience. Please just include the $6.75 internet in the general cost for everyone as having to enroll is inconvenient for business and the other hotels we frequent give it as a standard feature. Windows don't open for fresh air but the heating, fan, and AC work well to regulate temperature and stale air. There is a pool but no hot tub or steam room.

Rooms were good. Pillows were flat or lumpy, but the bed was comfortable. The parking lot wasn’t great. First 2 rows were fine, but the back parking was angle and very tight, especially since we were driving a larger SUV. I would suggest ensuring you are there early enough to get better parking for the night.

Our shower room was disgusting when we checked in .. hair all over shower … our key stopped working which was a huge inconvenience when you have kids … the breakfast was disappointing and soggy.. we had to order our own breakfast… the pool was also gross as there was stuff floating around in it.. also the rooms are not sound proof.. could hear the people above us wand it was loud … save your money and stay somewhere else !!!! We won’t be back.

Nice staff, with a pleasant lobby atmosphere. Check-in and out were uncomplicated & quick. Appreciated the 24hr coffee and hot water for tea near the front desk. As a wheelchair user, I stayed in an accessible room that hit the mark in several areas and lost points in a few other important ones. Really appreciated the lower towel and robe hooks and even had a 2nd, lower peep hole. The window blinds opened/shut using a remote control, nice when cozy under the covers in the evening, & then first thing waking up to let in the morning sun so my husband & I didn't have to get out of bed! The no-step shower had a comfortable seat & ample handle bars. Sadly, the adjustable spray nozzle on the shower didn't work - positioned and stuck at its highest point and so it was useless since it wasn't reachable. It was frustrating the bathroom mirror was too high - seated in my wheelchair at the sink all I could see was the top of my hair/head. An attractive room with a fair share of shelf space and area to hang clothes but not a single drawer. We were only staying for 2 days so it wasn't an issue but if staying longer it would be irritating to have to leave socks, underwear, pants and little bits & pieces in the suitcase or piled on the long shelf in the room. I get it, the room is meant to be uncluttered so there's ample space for manouvering a wheelchair. But it was starkly lacking in furniture other than a chair on wheels. A proper arm chair at least should be provided.
