Otel girişinden otelden ayrılıncaya kadarki süreçte hep güler yüz, nezaket ve anlayış söz konusuydu. Tüm çalışanlar sizlere yardımcı olabilmek için ellerinden geleni, son derece içten bir şekilde yapıyorlar. Hem sabah kahvaltısında, hem de akşam yemeğinde yemekler günlük değişiyor, sürekli aynı şeyleri görmüyorsunuz. Sadece plajın çok daha iyi olabileceğini düşünüyorum. En azından öğlenleri küçük birer ikram dağıtılsa veya soğuk birer içecek servisi yapılsa herkes daha mutlu olacaktır. Bir de deniz şezlonglarının tümünün, file şezlonglarla değişmesi faydalı olacaktır. Ailesiyle keyifli, huzurlu ve mutlu bir tatil geçirmek isteyen herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Konumu güzel, açık havuzu büyük ve temizdi. Termal özelliklerini çok kullanmadık ama o bölümde de fena değildi. Termal bölümdeki aile odasının daha büyük olmasını isterdim ama bundan dolayı puan kırmıyorum. Temizlik olarak da iyiydi, gördüğüm tek sıkıntı yatağın ve şifonyerlerin arkasında biriken tozlardı. Ama en önemli geliştirme noktası bizce kahvaltı. Bu fiyat aralığında daha iyi bir kahvaltı sunulabilir diye düşünüyoruz. Mimari tarzını, oda büyüklüğünü çok beğendik. Çalışmayan, kırık bozuk hiçbir şey yoktu. Personel de oldukça yardımsever ve güleryüzlü.

Otel konum bakımından hem merkeze hem de denize yakın, personeller profesyonel ve güler yüzlü, tatlılar mükemmel, kahvaltı ve yemeklerde güzel ama dünya mutfağından yemekler açık büfede çıkmıyor, meze çeşiti çok ana yemek çeşiti az, otel çok temiz odalar da isterseniz her gün temizleniyor ama bazen ürünlerin yenisini koymayı unutuyorlar, spa ve masaj mükemmel, genel anlamıyla güzel bir otel deneyimiydi.

Çok nezih bir otel
Yıllardır tatil yapmak için sayısız otellerde kaldık, çok nezih bir otel. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımsever. Yemekleri ve kahvaltısı müthiş. Huzurla kalabileceğiniz bir otel. Sahile yürüme 70-80 metre mesafededir. Otel çok temiz. Havuz ve restaurant kısmı fazlasıyla yeterli. Yemek sonrası gece geç saatlere kadar havuz başında çayınızı içebiliyorsunuz kimse sizi rahatsız etmiyor. Herşey için teşekkür ediyoruz.

Hotels.com üzerinden yaptığım rezervasyon sürecinde ve sonrasında yaşattıkları sorunları ve otele varınca ekstradan ödemem gerekenleri saymazsak ailemle iyi vakit geçirdik. Güre güzel yer, termal suyu hoş, denizi soğuk ama berrak, ortam medeni, insanlar güler yüzlü. Otel genel anlamda iyi, temiz ve düzgün bir ekiple işletiyor. Lakin kalmayı düşünüyorsanız yola/kazdağına bakan kısımdan kesinlikle uzak durun. İstanbulda yaşıyorum gürültüye aşinayım ama burada dayanılmazdı. Pencerelerinde ses yalıtımıda düzgün olmayınca kafa şişerecek düzeyde gürültülü var. Burada otel yönetimine mesaj olsun, penceler kapandığı zaman ses olmaması için ne gerekiyorsa yapmalılar.
