Hotel was under construction during our stay. We arrived in the evening, it was dark, entrance had scaffolding, no signs to direct you towards the entry, a trip hazard as the walkway was not level due to various uneven ground surfaces leading you to front door. Was informed at check in that water would be turned off at 0800 but they had a porta potty available. No discount was offered for the inconveniences.

I am trying to check in and there’s no one at the front desk. I got here at 9:30 in the evening on my check in night there’s no one in the front desk. The hotels is under construction and no one answers the phone. There’s two phone number, sir and no one answers. If no one shows up at the front desk in 15 minutes, I want a refund

Website shows typical breakfast amenities. After I paid for the room I’m told that the breakfast lounge is closed and we get a sack breakfast in the morning! Hallways are packed with construction boxes. Hotel is in the middle of a rehab. Pulling up to the hotel it looked closed. Very little lighting.

Felt very unsafe
Place is going thru renovations. Very dark, looked and feels very sketchy. Windows on both rooms open in first floor rooms facing large dark lot. No security fencing no security cameras. Felt very unsafe during our stay. Hopefully things change once renovations are complete.

Don’t go here is a nasty place there was dirty spots on the sheets & carpet smell nasty there was a door in the room connected to another room people yelling all night I couldn’t sleep the elevator wasn’t working and there was a lot of weird people wondering.
