Independent - accommodation in El Chalten

Great hotel. Our room has a kitchenette, comfortable, clean and nice.

Great views of the mountains, nice comfy rooms, and excellent staff throughout the hotel.

I’m very glad I booked this hotel in El Chalten. The location is very central, less than 10min walking to the bus station and easy to get to trailheads and anything else. Very clean room with a comfortable bed. While the decor might be a bit older, the rooms are quite big and you don’t hear any noise from the wind. The breakfast is really great. The staff were super nice and helped arrange transfers for me to different hiking areas, as well as give advice on which days to hike which trails based on the weather. You can borrow a hiking pole if you need from the front desk, or rent some across the street. Highly recommend!
