First of all, when we book this hotel, we were not notified that the hotel was in construction for renovation. They made us go through active construction site, use one elevator to go up one floor and switch to a different elevator to go to our floor. Construction workers were wearing mask because of dust, and hard hat since it is an active construction site, and they did not even provide mask for us. With kids, I was not feeling safe at all. Then, they gave us a room where it was facing a building construction. The construction noise was so loud. On top of that our room AC did not work properly, so they had to come fix it, but still didn’t work. No restaurants in the hotel and the workers were so rude (make you feel like you are not welcome and try to rush you out).

Amazing location! I booked two rooms for 7 nights each and both were newly renovated and very clean. The lobby was under construction, but they did notify us of that in advance. The location is 10 out of 10 and I would definitely stay hear again.

First off I want to say the staff went above and beyond for us, and were sooo sweet. Unfortunately, at this time I feel like this hotel should be closed because of the construction and the ability to go to and from the rooms is VERY limited. This morning we had to go through 2 different elevators and a maze of ladders just to exit the building to get to the beach. The pool is very nice, but one side of the pool has an under construction caution taping it off. You cannot even access the lobby floor because of the construction, so they made a room off the parking garage the “lobby” to check in and leave the hotel. Also our first room’s AC was not working, we thought about switching hotels, but the staff was so great and found us another room. The new room the AC worked but was VERY noisy. There is a lot of construction going on outside the hotel on the street as well, so it seems like everything is getting an upgrade in this area. Eventually I believe this hotel will be fanatic, but right now I would not go back. We stayed at the Outrigger Beach Comber down the road and I was expecting an equivalent experience, but it unfortunately it didn’t even come close.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. The property was perfect for a family vacation near the beach. Most everything we needed, except the weekly groceries, was within walking distance. However, if we stay again in the future, a Target will be within walking distance, as it was not yet fully built during our stay.

The maid wax so rude. There was no sign at the pool that it was wet and I slipped and fell. Lobby is under construction and very noisy. But the front desk staff were amazing.
