Hotel is beautiful and completely renovated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Located near lots of shopping, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only negative is the showers are very small.

Short walk to beach. Cleaning crew was very impressive on the 10th floor! Elevators started out fine early in the week and then went to extremely slow by the weekend. Sometimes 7 minute wait to go down. Swimming pool was ice cold and sauna was blazing hot. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

There are many walkable restaurants surrounding the hotel, and the beach is close. The bathroom is unusually small, and the pool isnt overly sunny due to the buildings all around but, on the whole, it was quite good value.

Rooms came as billed. Recently renovated with very nice modern decor. Beds were confortable. Had 2 bedrooms with separate living area as advertised but shower was tiny. Bathroom didn’t have an overhead fan. AC in main living area had issues with mistakenly sensing one of the windows was open which automatically shut off the AC. Staff was great. Parking spaces were smallish and cost $50/day that with daily Resort fee of $40 added an additional $497 for 5 night stay.

The newly renovated spaces are beautiful! So modern and clean and fresh. The staff was incredible, especially Angie! We had such a short stay but already know this is where we will stay when we come back. Great location too - just a short walk right to the beach front.

The staff are excellent! Checkin, checkout, and use of amenities was easy and much appreciated. The building, lobby, and downstairs areas were beautiful. Housekeeping staff are on point with service. The room (1030), however, needs something done about the bathroom door. There’s not enough room to open the door all the way and is in the way of the bathroom sink which is the smallest sink I’ve ever seen. The only mirror in the room was above the bathroom sink that was only 1/2 visible when standing back to see as much of the outfit as possible due to the door issue. If a full length mirror was elsewhere in the room, the door would have really been a non-issue. Overall, however, great stay, great vacation, and would definitely return—to a different room.

The upgraded hotel was extremely nice, it was close to everything and we enjoyed shopping and eating at all the nearby places. The staff always very helpful and welcoming, I am looking forward to staying here again!
