Very dirty. Pillows small bed very low to ground and uncomfortable. I didn’t even take my shoes off in the room. I slept in my clothes. Filthy hotel. Do not go there!!

Worst hotel ever, it shouldn’t be on hotels.com we
Never ever stay there, homeless people around some rooms are for them, felt unsafe in the area, the manager was very nasty he shouldn’t have a hotel with his lack of customer service. He was arrogant and didn’t care when I said I couldn’t stay there, he refused to refund my money for room. In my opinion I think he is a scammer, I don’t think I’m the only one who thinks this

AC unit in room was pretty loud. Furniture was old and a little beat, could use some updating. Front desk was nice and check in was quick. Wi-Fi password was written on the room key envelope hard to read, need to work on the 4 or Y, lol, but it worked after a few tries. Price for room is pretty low so much of the above should be expected.

Great place for construction workers.
I would not recommend your stay at this hotel. It is old and very run down. I can see some effort for renovation for example the carpet was removed and a wood look tile was the replacement. There are not drinking cups or an ice machine to use, you have to ask for that in the lobby. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. There was no one on duty all night in the lobby or anywhere for that matter. If you had a problem you are on your own. I would expect the price of this room to be half of what they are charging. This place was bare bones and operated on the CHEAP!

Worse hotel experience ever.
Absolutely ridiculous, booked through hotels.com. The front desk person was the rudest patron I’ve ever encountered. Would not check us in to the hotel because he would not honor the rate that it was booked at online. They never answered any phone calls and even when hotels called them (placing me on hold 4 diff times), they never answered. We were willing to pay for the early check in and all but the man guy was so rude. My husband even asked him how his day was and he immediately dismissed my husband. Horrible experience, horrible customer service and he also still charged for a no show when he wouldn’t check us in!

Room was decent for the price. My family and I were on the road and needed a place to stay for the night. Area appeared very safe. We checked in after 11pm and hotel had sign stating that we need to check in at the hotel next door, which is under same ownership. Room was basic, clean. TV remote did not work, so we could not work the TV. AC unit worked well. Bathroom was ok. The major issue was the beds were VERY uncomfortable, and noisy when you move around. Probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept on in a motel.

Booked the room and showed up at 10:10pm place closed at 10. No one around couldn’t get a refund. I’ve never heard of a hotel closing at 10pm and how do you get the placed closed and leave so quick? Called no answer
