We booked via online search and it was last minute in the evening there was nothing going on in the town, the hotel was empty, BUT we were treated like second class guests i assumed because we nooked online at a cheaper rate. They put us in the furthest room from anywhere. We were top floor in the corner far away from elevator. Even though my spouse is disabled/legally blind and being closer to exits is easier for him. The parking is nonexistent and they sent me a text at midnight telling me where off site parking was located with a map because its so far away from the building. The food was like Dennys. If they don't want customers to book via online sites then maybe don't advertise there. But dont treat us like we are less.important guests. Again emphasizing the hotel was empty.

My kids attend CWU, and I would definitely recommend staying. The only downside I’ve experienced is the parking situation, but it’s a small issue compared to the overall experience—it’s definitely worth it!

This is a great place to stay. Very clean. Staff is super friendly. The only thing is there is no continental breakfast or microwaves in the room. But, still a great place to stay. I will definitely stay there again.

Bartender seemed less than pleased to have costumers. Was out of 4 items leaving 3 in which we ordered 2 and he got it incorrect. Very unhappy with this and the service. Wall in bathroom next to sink looked like it had splatters coffee or makeup or dirt and there. Would’ve liked to have an area to fill water bottle.

Our room was lovely and the hotel was quiet and well situated in downtown Ellensburg, near good restaurants. The rooftop access was a bonus though it was too windy and chilly to sit outside. The breakfast options in the hotel were too limited and expensive but we found a great spot down the street.
