It was convenient, but the property has issues. Our room had a mold problem (room 215) , immediately upon entering our room we could tell there was a mold issue. I told management about it, but we slept with the window open. Also, no vent fans in the bathrooms, which could also be a contributing factor.

We booked last minute, for a one night stay. As soon as we opened the door to the room, the smell of mildew overpowered us. The couch and chair were filthy. I honestly wanted to run, but it was 12:30am and we just drove 8hrs, my kids were exhausted. The beds weren’t bad but the smell kept me up all night. I couldn’t wait to check-out.

We were given a handicapped room which happens frequently when we book with Hotels. com. We don’t need a handicapped room! We don’t know how a handicapped person could use the shower as we struggled with it.

Front desk was helpful and friendly but overwhelmed. The key card I was given initially didn’t work so I had to go back to the front desk to get another one. The room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived, there was a dirty wipe sitting on a dresser, and someone else’s socks in one of the drawers. We booked the room for 5 people and so we needed sheets for the sofa bed, but the sheets were not in the room, requiring a trip to the front desk.
