The hotel was very basic at best. We stayed there 3 nights and only had our room cleaned on the last night. The shampoo and soap was generic and not good! The front staff was very friendly and the breakfast was ok. It was clean. The pillows were little round balls. The best thing about the room was the shower water pressure!

The staff on both shifts were very friendly and helpful. The customer service was outstanding and that is something that doesn’t happen as often as it should. Great stay.

Good trip , got to see my son and most of his family. Had lunch with a precious friend to celebrate her birthday. I think if I had a complaint it would be not a comfy chair to sit in to watch TV

We stayed here in November ‘23 and had a much better experience. This time our room was missing several things such as remote control, tray for coffee pod in the inroom coffee maker, and hair dryer. The AC couldn’t keep up with the humidity so we had to blast it to keep the moisture down. The remote didn’t work for the living area tv. We had to ask for extra soap because they only clean the room every 3 days. The trash cans also got really full because no one came to empty them. Had I known that prior to booking I would not have stayed. I understand not changing the sheets every night for a stay over guest, but you can at least tidy the room and replenish supplies as needed. The breakfast buffet was good. We love the waffles!!
