This hote is 4 miles away from the airport with a bus that runs only once an hour at night. To add insult to injury, the bus costs £4 each way The room was smelly. Otherwise fine.

Staff were pleasant and lovely. The restaurant staff who served breakfast and dinner were kind and friendly. The hotel has a shuttle that operates to and from Stansted airport. Restaurant food and drinks were good and not pricey. The stansted national express is a quick transport option to London. Overall enjoyed the stay at Stansted Novotel.
