Disappointing for a Novotel
Room was freezing (in June), as the Heating didn’t work. There wasn’t a desk in the room and it felt like a budget hotel in contrast to other Novotel branded hotels I’ve stayed at. Be aware the shuttle to the airport costs £4 per person each way. However, the breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
