You can do better
The bed was comfortable, and there was new carpeting in the room. There was no coffee maker in the room, and no glass or cup to drink water. The person who greeted me at the desk, and who I later asked about a coffee maker, Seems to have little interest in addressing my needs. The breakfast had the usual sausage patties of suspect meat. There were no creamers for the coffee that actually had cream or milk, but if you like French vanilla plastic tastes, there were plenty of those containers. There was no yogurt, there was no Butter, but there was imitation vegetable oil processed yellow stuff for your toast.

God place to stay
Probably the best room of our whole trip home. I have to sleep sitting up, and the arm-chair ottoman in the room was perfect. The breakfast was both varied and delicious.

Very Basic Hotel
The room was pretty nice and very clean. The shower needed new hardware and my towel had a hole. The breakfast was a 2 out of 5. It was a place to sleep while traveling, but nothing great.

I liked the staff. Did not like the inconvenience when we tried to get into our room they were putting in carpeting and we had to ask them to finish our doorway and the crew they hired to do the job was not very receptive and I said I was sorry for having them take care of it so I would not trip and thanked them for doing it and got only a mumble in reponse!

the whole hotel smelled overpowering. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter propeller hitting the metal. The toilet only half filled up you had to keep giggling the handle. They should put a little money back onto the hotel. They could use a new guest washer and dryer. Hall carpets could use a good washing.

Stopover in Haubstadt
Our room was recently updated new carpet, and decor except for the lounge chair which looked a little worn. Shower was good, staff was nice. I don't smoke pot so as with anywhere else We have been in America the last few years... You can't walk outside or even in the hallways sometimes without having your sense of smell assaulted by a skunk smell. Parking was okay but cramped. The Included Breakfast was adequate.

Right behind a very large Truck stop. Lots of men loitering around. Was being watched the entire time when getting out of the vehicle. Tried to cancel because it felt super unsafe for a woman traveling alone with kids, but i was past my cancelation window. The elevator was old and creaky and dirty looking. The room had no air on and was like walking into a oven, though the ac cooled quickly. The room had zero lights on, felt a little off putting. I feel like they are trying to cut cost corners at this location. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling . The beds slept fine. Had no issues. Id say to improve the stay, there needs to be no loitering on property. Repairs need to be done and cleanliness needs to improve throughout inside and outside. Mold needs addressed.
