Okay stay for a last minute need for hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was clean but refrigerator compressor made weird noises all night. We could also hear water being used in the room next to us. Breakfast was minimal but coffee was good.

I stayed at this hotel and was incredibly disappointed. From the moment I walked in, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the property that made my stay uncomfortable. The WiFi, which was advertised as a convenient amenity, was practically unusable—slow, unreliable, and constantly disconnecting, making it impossible to get any work done or even stream basic content. To top it off, the customer service was suboptimal. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing the concerns I had and didn’t go out of their way to accommodate or make me feel welcome. It was clear they weren’t willing to provide the level of service you’d expect from a quality hotel. The only positive thing about this was the price. Quality seems to correlate with the price point. If you’re looking for comfort, reliable internet, or good service, I’d strongly advise staying elsewhere.

It is not a destination hotel in and of itself. But it is perfect for a tired road tripper to get a shower and some sleep for the night, without making a lengthy detour away from the interstate. I didn't try their breakfast, and I know it's not the sort of place that I would want to stay for 2 or more nights and walk everywhere during my stay, because the neighborhood is more suited to longhaul trucking than pedestrians, but it's the perfect place for the interstate traveler to rest for one night, before resuming their road trip. If I am ever looking for a place to stop for the night in southern Indiana, I would stay here again.

The stay was adequate, clean, breakfast was good. I did appreciate them changing rooms to the first floor for me because I am disabled with a blind dog. Only problem was I believe it was a cheaper room. 2nd floor room had full size toiletries and stocked with cups while 1st floor room had sample size miniature toiletries, was only stocked with 1 water glass, no coffee cups, no carpeting. I have a bad back and their beds were so high they were hard to get into! They might be pet friendly but charging $20 per pet is a bit excessive. Especially when there’s really no designated pet area. I had to pick my dog up and over the curbs.

I have stayed here for a week two different years. Very nice stays! The staff straightened our room every day after we left and was so nice to us. Nice breakfast every morning. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. And they have Tennis Channel, which we love!
