OK- A Bit Worn
Hotel was OK. I checked in late (about 8:45) and the front desk person was just leaving. Front desk is literally a one person desk in a long narrow room which is also the breakfast room but no tables, just a sofa. It was clean, just worn. My room had no clock and no phone which was wierd. Small kitchenette was nice. Bed was comfortable. I checked in late and left early so I do not have any interaction with staff.

Just needed a "bed & bath" base while visiting friends in the area. Very comfortable room, fully equipped kitchen, reasonable self-service breakfast included in room rate (usual American style, bagels, pastries, coffee juice etc). Very easy to get by car, but car essential. With a car all sorts of dining & shopping options minutes away (and only about an hour from Philly International Airport). Only downside was no staff on site, so I had to make international phone calls to sort out a couple of minor issues

I would have given this property a 5 except for the lack of staff person being present on the property and a lot of telephone miscommunication. We checked in at 3 oā€™clock and were in a hurry to change and leave for a wedding, and did not get back to our room until 1 oā€™clock in the morning. We discovered that we needed a plunger in the bathroom, a simple thing that should be available in every bathroom in every room. I called the number for ā€œconcierge serviceā€ and talk to a person who knew absolutely nothing about the property and was only there to transmit messages to others. I told her it was an emergency Hi. When I did not hear back after 20 minutes, I called again and was told that a member of housekeeping would be there at 6 oā€™clock in the morning. I said that we could not wait until 6 oā€™clock. All we needed was a plunger and was there one on the property. She didnā€™t know, and said she would call again. The third time I called I spoke to a different person who told me the same thing. There was no manager to contact and the housekeeper would be there at 6 oā€™clock There was no public restroom in the facility, and I will not describe what we had to do to be able to use the bathroom In our suite. The plunger was delivered at six, we retrieved it at 8:30, after having gotten only four hours of sleep during the night, and The problem was solved in two minutes. When I spoke to the housekeeper, she told me she had received the message, (to be contā€™d).

Reasonably Priced Place to Stay Just Off Highway
In an area that is touristy while not having many budget options -- if you do not want a high end luxury couple's experience -- this is a very reasonable option. It is just off the highway so it feels a bit corporate and you can hear the traffic whooshing by in the distance, but for ease of use and general comfort, it is a good deal. No real hotel staff, but everything is done with a combo-lock so it's no problem, and there is some food available in the morning serve-yourself.
