The hotel is a SCAM, please never stay there. I travel a lot and I have never experienced any foolishness like this. They charged me and did not allow me to check in. I showed the lady my flight got pushed back and I tried to call and I couldn’t get through to them. They didnt care at all. All they cared about was keeping my payment. They charged me for the whole 4 days, I never stayed there not one night of my reservation. The lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. I was very confused to why I was getting an attitude. After she dropped her attitude and decided to help me, she told me I’ll get a refund for the reservation. I never received a refund.
