The hotel is situated not far from center Perth City, and in the asian area. About the room ,.I suggest a microwave is better to reheat a cup or glass of water. The custumers before us cooked soup in the kettle and it's alwas dirty. A hand towel missed in the bathroom.

For price, surprisingly large, well kept rooms in a cute hotel. Inside & out. Good staff at reception. Has its own restaurant. But also lots of options for meals literally around the corner, and the city just short distance on.

Frustrating experience
Confusing, when we got into the room television didn’t work, toilet continuisly ran. Next morning had to go to front desk to ask for instructions on how to use the television only to be told that they needed to send up a repair person. One hour later a staff person came only to tell use he would have to send in someone familiar with this particular model. Several hours of our vacation time had been wasted. So out of disgust we left. When we arrived back that evening television had not been repaired, so we simply gave up. There were no directions anywhere in the room apparently that was all on the television. We had to go back to the front desk several times to ask different questions.
