Amazing place and location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ganesh and Geeth were very helpful. There are a couple of issues they need to fix like wifi coverage and showers near hot tub not working. Other than that it was amazing stay and it was worrh the trip.

We stay here often and this time was a little bit disappointing. Woke up one morning to no hot water, although it was resolved within a few hours. There was dried blood on the comforter which we found the last day. Not sure we would stay again.

Spacious, they also have kitchen utensils. Ideal to accommodate a family. The living room is huge as well as their bathroom. I would love to come back to this place.

We stayed at one of the 2 bedroom family suites for 2 nights with our 2 kids and my mom. It was just ok. I feel like for what we spent we could have done better with an air or vrbo given it was the shoulder season. Pluses: - very spacious suite - 2 huge jacuzzi tubs/ showers in suite - kitchen had most of what we needed to cook - would be good to stay with a group because there was a common area outside of the suite with table, chairs, games, etc. - Lobby area, fitness centre and sauna are re-done and nice. - pool & water park area looks like it would be great in summer, though was of course closed for winter - suite was generally clean with clean linens Cons: - general vibe is just run down and needing maintenance, like suite hadn’t been updated or spruced up since it was built, guessing mid-90s - adding to this vibe was a mattress on the floor that remained in the common area all weekend - security isn’t great, there is no swipe to get in to the building or common areas - dishwasher was falling out of the wall and wasn’t cycling properly - broken window pane - rooms have odd built in closets beside the beds but no night stands or plug ins (to charge phones etc) near by. We needed to get an extension cord from the front desk to plug in my CPAP machine. - there were empty spaces for TVs in both rooms but only 1 tv in the common area - no towels or cleaning products in fitness area There are several buildings so maybe some rooms are better

It was a nice place to stay and the person that checked us in was very helpful. It was nice to get upgraded as well but there is an issue with the boiler for that building because even after we reported that we had no hot water, it was still more or less call it “warm” after. Made it quite hard to wash dishes and take a bath. It was slightly warmer after reporting the issue so we didn’t want to bother anyone. Other than that it was a lovely suite and thanks for the upgrade when we arrived

I stayed at the villas in September and the jetted tub in our room worked and was so heavenly for my sore muscles. I stayed at the villas in February and I was very disappointed that for some reason management had the jets deactivated on purpose... I did not even know you could do that?? The main hot tub was out of commission first night so when I checked in they waved some hotel fees which was nice of them. I've stayed in two different buildings now and each place the blinds were all mangled. I would feel better if my windows were completely covered. I love the space offered by these villa apartments, but I could hear footsteps on the floor above me just like it was in the same room with me very loud. I love the access to a washer and dryer right outside the room though. That is a nice amenity.

Time for some renovation’s
It’s time for some upgrades. This resort has not been updated at all from the construction in 1985. Appliances are old and work terribly. The toaster we used barely worked. There were so many noises from the suite above us it was hard to fall asleep. There was significant water hammer of the plumbing in the walls so the noises were very frustrating. The rooms were clean but so outdated the couch cushions were ripped and the hide a bed was at least 35 years old. There were no ammenities. The hotel restaurant was closed for the season. No cabs or any transportation so we had to walk to the grocery store down the highway for food. Staff was nice and polite but seemed checked out for the winter.
