I stayed 5 nights in a sea view balcony room. Amazing view from the balcony! There are a few quirks with this hotel. As other reviews may have mentioned, there is no elevator(lift) so be prepared to be going up and down stairs for the duration of the stay. And at night this will likely be in the dark since the stairways are not lit (at least not during my stay). The hallways are lit with motion detected lights but they go off as soon as you enter the stairway. There is a popular restaurant attached to the hotel that features a live band several nights a week. If you are in the sea view room then you'll hear the band until close to midnight, so if you're an early to bed kind of person you might want to keep this in mind. Other than this, the hotel was mostly quiet. The safe in my room did not work, apparently a previous guest left it locked and the hotel didn't have a key to open it. The breakfast at this hotel - great! So much food, no way I could eat it all. Really good staff at the restaurant, especially Hasan who was very kind to me. Also many other dining options near the hotel. I would stay there again despite the quirks.

Lovely stay
Got a seafront room, it was a real seafront as shown in the pictures. Very close to the the sea where you can clearly hear the sound of the waves. Breakfast is convenient, staff is very friendly and helpful

The hotel is located across the beach with nice and relaxing view. However the rooms are very small, they don't reflected the real size that is showed on the website. Receptionists very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Location is great, right at the beach. Some nice restaurants and bars around. Staff was cordial and responsive as well. Cons: Bed is extremely UNCOMFORTABLE The bathroom is super small and the shower is meant for a little human.

Nice helpful reception, clean room, quiet place with nice restaurant nearby. Though not nearby the popular beach.. reception is helpful on tour booking recommendations.. low season so staff made us breakfast specially with fresh brewed coffee! Recommended.

Okay, but a bit overpriced.
All in all, definitely not a bad hotel! I honestly do think it is overpriced for what it is, but other than that, no real complaints. The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms were clean and there were quite a few options for breakfast. We booked this hotel because it said it was a promo price of €45 instead of €300. Now I have to be honest, we expected something a lot more fancy than this. The room was not too big. The shower had some temperature issues (mostly later during the evenings) and the airconditioning took a while to actually start cooling off properly. We had been in quite a few hotels before, and never paid this much (espcecially one that said it had a discount of over €200...) for a hotel that didn't have a pool (okay, it's next to the beach, but it's really not the cleanest/nicest beach in the area). All in all, friendly staff, okay rooms and breakfast though. If you're looking for a basic hotel, a bit further from the actual city center of fethiye: this is the place to be. But don't expect something fance.
