"It wasn't what I expected. To go to the pool I had to go outside the hotel and then go back in, and the same to go to the restaurant. In summer it's great, but in winter it's not nice to go out in the cold. That's what I didn't like."

"The heat was too high and I wasn't able to turn it down. It was an excellent experience overall though. Bathroom floor was clean just not super clean. Everything else was clean."
