Location great. Lady who checked us in was great. Friendly and informative. Price was great. Needed a bit more focus on cleanliness. Walls in bathroom and bottom of toilet were not clean. Breakfast was good.

Well, the room choice and price were good, the hotel was basically empty, the pool was empty (with no disclosure), the hot tub was terrific, It was Dec 21, so a dreary, nut would be good summer location. An average motel, with a number of updates. I would stay again, but go across the street for breakfast.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast room looks out over the river to Paul Mountain, which was beautifully snow covered. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance.

Beautiful view and great breakfast!
This inn is in a beautiful spot aling the river. The breakfast included hot and cold food and many choices and the dining room overlooks the river which was very enjoyable. The room had a kitchenette and plenty of space for me and my grandchildren to visit. The only thing not so enjoyable was the rug having a smell and may have set off some allergies. Bathroom floor seemed a little dirty but may have been stains.

The bed was terrible, like sleeping on a cardboard box. The bathroom was disgusting, and there were potato chips on the floor, so it had clearly not been vacuumed as we didn't have any in our possession. The light fixture on the patio was hanging out of the socket, and the renovations were not complete. This property has really gone down hill, sadly. Won't go back!

I just keep coming back to this place!
Was there for an emergency operation. Unexpected trip. Stayed one night at another hotel close to the hospital. It wasn’t good! Having stayed at Riverland a few times before and having actually stayed in an accessible suite the last time I was there, I knew that returning there was my best option. A couple of minutes further from the hospital than the first place. Easy to get into room considering I was in crutches with use of only one leg. Close to front desk and breakfast. Another great experience - minus the medical situation. They were super accommodating as I had rented two rooms. They made sure they were one next to the other so my friend/driver and her daughter could stay close to me. They allowed them access while I was in the operating room so they could go wait even though I was not there to officially check in. Thank you so much! Once again, this sweet little motel was perfect for what I needed. I will continue to stay there every time I come to Kamloops!!!

I've never once had a bad experience at this motel. Rooms are very clean, price is good, and staff is wonderful. We always stay here when we have to be in Kamloops.
