"조경이 잘 되어있어 산책하기 좋고 편안하고 조용한 리조트 객실 및 수영장 컨디션 등 전반적으로 만족스러웠지만 프론트 및 샤프런 조식장 직원들 몇몇의 응대가 아쉬웠다. 오히려 청소하시는 직원과 짐 나르는 포터들이 훨씬 친절했다. 또한 울창한 나무들로 인해 해가 들지 않아서인지 간간히 내리는 비때문인지 객실 내부가 쾌적하지 않고 눅눅한 느낌이 있다. 조식도 종류가 적은 편이라 조금은 아쉬웠다. 그래도 호텔 만족도는 전반적으로 높고 도보로 알로나 비치, 주요 상점 등 시내 접근성이 좋아 추천할 만 하다."
