"Man at the Front Desk on the morning after our arrive is great. Microwave did not work...he was right on it. And did so with a smile. He had a heart to serve. The AM Breakfast Man also was working...not sleeping...cleaning tables, stocking the food. I also saw a man doing repaird in the Dining Hall ..."
