Mostly clean. Seemed understaffed. Desk clerk always looking at phone in back.When we told him about a spill in the elevator in the afternoon/evening, said he couldn’t do anything about it, he was alone. Breakfast was ok, room seemed to be newly renovated but some fixtures weren’t there- we were told they hadn’t arrived. Have had better stays for less money.

Hotel was good, very clean and quiet. Good location to restaurants and the mall. Only problem we had was they ended breakfast at 9 am so we missed it

Holiday Inn express
Rooms were not ready at check-in but they gave us an extra hour at checkout time. It's an old run down hotel but there are renovations underway! It's convenient and the staff were friendly and the breakfast was okay. Certainly not a 5 star hotel but the room was economical!
