I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in. When I entered my room, the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was urine and hair on the toilet, the sink had hair and the floors were filthy. There was sticky rings on the night stands. The lobby tables were also greasy and not wiped. The attendant changed our room and apologized, however it was a hassle to grab all my belongings to go back downstairs to get a room change.

First ill say the check and staff were good, quick and easy. The room was another story, there appeared to have been some water damage recently that was not handled in a correct manor. There was a distinct mold/mildew odor to the room. There was also a very small dehumidifier on the corner that at first kept the odor at a minimum. This didnt last, there was so much moisture in the room that the dehumidifier filled completely in about an hour and would shut off, at which point the smell became much stronger. The bathroomhad its own issues also. The toilet would constantly run and periodically flush itself rather loudly. This was a ADA room so it had a step/roll in shower that the curtain had been improperly mounted in so there was absolutely no way to prevent the bathroom from flooding if you took a shower, tried using towels and bath mats, didnt help. Imo, this room needs a professional dry out and cleaning at the least. Some repairs and remodeling of the bathroom and maybe new carpet.

Customer Service Training Needed.
No greeted at check in counter. We stood waiting while the two employees talked and typed at one computer. Waiting isnā€™t the issue. An acknowledgment and a few words is a normal expectation at check in. And we chose this hotel because it had a pool, but it was closed due to heater issue.

I had some food in the fridge and after service it was gone. Some items I had lying on the tables were inside my bags. So, I'm not happy that people were touching my stuff.

The rooms we were checked into was never made found hair in the sheets, and the other room we were transferred too a tiny bit better, but bathroom smelled as if it was never cleaned. Our keys for the second room didn't work, and had to go 3 times up and down to figure that out, only to be a given a master apparently to all of the rooms which can open any door. I am wondering how often that happens.

Great hotel off I95 real close to Buc-ees. The only thing I'm upset is with Expedia who charged me $180 but when I got my checkout receipt it said $140. Expedia shoild be better than that!!!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay iroom was clean breakfast was great the only problem was we couldnā€™t use the pool because the air was out in the room and the heat index was 106 so a glass room with a pool inside and no ac was insanely hot
