Beautiful hotel will definitely stay there again, hotel rooms upgraded and amazing! Clean, staff very nice as well, just rated a little bit less than usual since they were still remodeling and the guest selfparking , the restaurant, and the gym were still closed due to that, so we could not enjoy those, but we had an amazing time. Thanks !

I really liked the property, I didn't get to explore so much out of the room since we were usually out but it was a nice stay. Only thing i'd bring up with the shower, ours leaked and we had to wipe down each time someone showered. Overall great though.

This was my favorite hotel while staying in Italy. The room was luxurious, the service was excellent, and was in a quiet part of Florence that was also in walking distance of downtown. Incredible Hotel.

Our car was broken, but the service of the hotel and the support was very good. They let us even check out a bit later while we sort it everything out with the insurance the police. Very friendly and help us clean up the glass of the car.

Great property, looks new and very classy. Excellent service from everyone. You should talk to Simone in the bar, great drinks and restaurant recommendations. Front desk was great at placing restaurant reservations for us, as well as anything else we need. Also very convenient location, close to everything, including the train station.

Staff are above and beyond to address my request. For example one night there was a heavy rain and I couldn’t get taxi from my app, the hotel staff shelled me to get a cab quickly. Hotel has a nice setting and a beautiful courtyard. Location is convenient and close to the main attraction area. The property is a bit old and has a smell in the room because the window is small and there were a lot of mosquitos in Italy so I couldn’t get rid of the smell. I was told by a friend the smell is quite typical in Italy because the buildings are usually pretty old. Maybe the hotel can consider adding screens to windows so guest can open the windows to let air circulate. This will help. Other than that I have no complains

Nice property but felt a little cold. Bathtub was split in two by a wall and tub leaked all over floor. Kinda far to walk to bridges and restaurants. Nice staff and courtyard.
