The staff was amazing at helping with anything you need. Had a few incidents with other guests that were apparently locals who were as I say “in a bad way” Not happy about incident deposit because it has been 7 days since I checked out and still no refund for it.

not what i thought it should be.
there was a cigarette burn in the bed cover. all rooms are supposed to be smoke free. Smelled like smoke in the room. Ceiling in the bathroom over the shower needs to be repaired. Air didn't keep the room at a good temperature. Beds were not comfortable. Beds were double and not queen, to small.

The floor in the room was dirty, we could not walk round bare foot. The room was partially serviced, the dirty towels removed but the bed not made, bins not emptied or coffee replenished. It was noisy at night and we had people knocking on our door at midnight. There was then an argument outside at 3 am. Breakfast was limited and not always replenished. We left a night early but could not get a refund as we prepaid through Expedia.

Wyndham should be embarrassed to attach their name to this property. The workmanship to the plaster in the bath area was like someone just slung plaster around the mirror. The room phone didn't work to call the office. TV didn't work (it was fixed). I had to turn the hot water on under the sink myself. My shower went from nice warm bath to ICE cold. My wife could keep going . Cancelling my future reservations
