Room was not ready when we arrived tough times they may be short staffed but check in was 4 pm not ready until after 4:35 pm. Room heater takes for ever to heat room with no real adjustment to temperature so in the middle of the night it gets too hot. Not breakfast included, even just something light like muffins, toast bagels, fruit would be nice.

Very clean room and conveniently located, very close to glass beach, the botanical garden and seafood restaurants. I like the wood structure of the buildings. I could see the small bay and the arch bridge from the bridge. Very friendly staff in the front office. I enjoyed my stay there.

The view from our room was lovely. Listening to the sea lions and watching the fishing boats go in and out was wonderful. The coffee pod refills in the lobby were convenient. We left a charger in the room and they called us to authorize mailing it to our house. Very kind!

This was a very clean and pretty place to stay. We loved our room, and our balcony with the view over the harbor area. We also appreciated the squeege and paper towels that were in the parking lot.
