Unique are the location and vistas. Drawbacks were weak water pressure in the bathroom sink and unable to fill the bathtub due to lack of a working stopper.

I was starting to feel uneasy about the location the further west out of Loveland we were going, but the location turned out to be wonderful. It was quiet and serene with very little traffic or disturbances. A great restaurant is right there on site so there was no need to drive into Loveland for supper or drinks. The hotel itself was very nice and well-kept. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars was some mildew in the caulking in the tub - I’m guessing it’s in the rotation to be redone because the rest of the building seemed to be fairly modern.

Location was perfect for visiting Estes Park and RMNP. There is a great tavern next door that serves wings, appetizers and burgers which were reasonably priced and great tasting. Would stay again if in the area.

On our way to RMNP
We stayed at several places and this one stood out. Loved the bed. Stayed at another La Quinta hoping to find the bed again. Had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Large outdoor patio. Washer and dryer ( I think was $3.50 total) was clean and quick. Best breakfast out of 5 hotels of this stay. THEY HAD BACON! Now don’t go expecting that everytime. Big brewery with food next door literally steps. I can’t believe I have no photos!
