Our room was small, no table or desk, no counter space in bathroom, it was musky and dusty and very humid- the sheets felt wet. The air conditioning did not work properly the fan in bathroom did not work well, overall one of the worst rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The food in restaurants was good that’s the only positive thing I have to say about this “resort”

We were able to upgrade our room to a balcony with ocean view and it was well worth the $25/day fee, we got there early in the day and were able to use all facilities while waiting for check in. Lots of bars and restaurants walking distance from hotel. In hotel Restaurants could use a better menu but overall we enjoyed our long weekend away from the cold back home.

Great hotel and location. Wifi was a bit weak in the room, hard to connect sometimes.. bed sheets had stains on them but we were able to get them changed right away. 10/10 customer service 9/10 overall hotel experience
