Older property, hallway reeked of cigarette smoke which filtered into the room; key did not work next morning, had to have it rekeyed. Did not feel safe to park long term.

Facility is pretty worn. Only one person on duty so no answer on phone to ask for the shuttle to the property. A shuttle finally came and it served several properties. Check in was slow, four couples and the phone kept ringing. Charge for shuttle to port. $260 for one night, not worth it.

Only stayed there for 1 night, long layover flight. The room was good, not great, with all the things needed for a night sleep. Front desk guy, well informative, not friendly, but answered the questions, and booked our shuttle. Drivers of shuttle. Both not good. In the afternoon, an older guy, with bad driving habits, hard accelerating and hard stopping, I actually became a little car sick. The morning driver (we asked for the 6am shuttle), Was on time, but we had to stop at other hotel to pickup guests. He drove against de street direction, just to cut a little turn around. It was 6.15 am, no cars in the street, but anyways drove 150-200 feet against the direction. NOT GOOD. It's a suggestion to check on your drivers.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a joke. We waited almost 2 hours waiting for the shuttle only to be told it has been at the airport several times. What we weren't told was the name on the shuttle was for a different hotel.

The walls and doors were dirty. I could wipe the marks off with a cloth. The noise level of banging was a bit much.

The shuttle from the airport took almost a. Hour to arrive, front desk was no help, couldn’t understand her. Room smelled bad, asked for someone to bring TV remote and they never came. Terrible hotel.

It was an ok stay for the cost. However the tub and bathroom floor were so slippery that we slipped around and my husband fell against the wall. I would suggest a slip prevention.

Price equal to quality.
Very avaerage, but so is the price, so its a wash. Im not super picky for a one night, pre-cruise, stay. The beds were adequate and clean. Bathroom was clean and decent. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. The two things lacking was the a/c unit said 68, which was the lowest pssible setting, but it was obvious it was more like 72, which i am comfortable with. There was also a strong scented cleaning agent, like they were trying to cover up a bad smell. I felt the carpet was filthy and proof was when we stepped into the shower. For the price it was ok.
