After posting my negative review for the hotel they emailed me to share they are starting significant renovations this month so we likely found images from the plan…nice way to admitted to misleading and manipulating guests. Do. Not. Book. This place does not look like any of the pictures provided. It is run down and unsafe. The furniture and carpets are stained and damaged. The AC did not work in our rooms. The location is great but people came onto the property scaring guest away from the pool, sun deck, and bar until the police showed up. Family was injured from slipping on wet tile and management was not on site so staff just apologized and shared it was something that happens. Still waiting for them to follow up about the injuries as promised.

The location is amazing. However, the A/C in our room did not work. We were promised that it would be fixed, never was, and we had to check out 2 days early because of this. The location just wasn't worth sleeping in a hot room. The hotel offered to move us to a different room, but couldn't confirm that it would be cooler.

Air conditioner in the room does not work. Refrigerator is warm, there is no knob to turn the temperature down. Neighbors are noisy. Feels like an old hotel. Yet it is expensive, but not woth what I payed.

Visited the area for Spring Break. Arrived early, rooms were not available until well past check in time. Rooms looked nice, air worked in one of the rooms, not the other. Also recommend carpet cleaning, or be sure to wear shoes. Location was nice however.

A/C was noisy and walls were thin so we could hear everything. Terrible sleep due to this. Bistro was closed so nothing was available. It was rainy so the stairs to the street from the pool deck were hazardous. The gate was all rusted and our room key didn’t work so we had to walk across the gravel parking lot to get to the main entrance in a downpour. Toilets didn’t flush well either. As a Bonvoy member and for the price that we paid, extremely disappointed.

The pictures on the site did not at all reflect what we were given. The pictures showed a kitchen and a much larger bathroom, with a sepatub and shower stall. Additionally, the "ocean view" was of the side parking lot.
