So this property that offers rates for each room from about the $195 - $350 range depending on time of year and what is going on in town has a business center BUT THE INK IS OUT OF THE $199 PRINTER SO IT IS AND HAS BEEN OUT OF ORDER. What the heck is going on at a HILTON HOTEL when the Front Office manager, the Operations Manager or the General Manager allow the guest accesable Printer at the little business center to go without a printer. Yes they allow you to email your project to the front desk but now the front desk has my private information that I needed printed. THAT IS BAD....... They even printed up pages to give to guest to give them the front desk email INSTEAD OF BUYING PRINTER INK OR A NEW $199 PRINTER. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT DECISION!!!!!!!!

Great stay at Hilton Marina
Great service, staff were courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean. Coffee and restaurant staff were great. I would stay there again.

It changed so much since the last time I was there - went to happy hour first night - 2 drinks 48.25 $ unbelievable- service deplorable- House keeping 👎had to call because room was not made up at 4.30 pm - we waited on the balcony when room was made up and I was able to listen to the talk of the maids - I do speak Spanish - in a hotel where I paid over 800 $ I should expect a little respect - photo is of the finished room after cleaning

Not worth the price
This day started off to a bad start. They said I had paid for breakfast, but I didn’t choose a breakfast option. They wouldn’t refund anything. I didn’t eat any of their breakfast. The employees are not very helpful very rude. When you asked him any questions they don’t try to make anything, right They just refer you back to Hotels.com. I looked at my receipt on Hotels.com. I didn’t see where I had paid for breakfast on the receipt. They insisted I did. We didn’t eat breakfast there and they wouldn’t credit anything back. The rooms were not very clean. There wasn’t enough towels in the room. Don’t know why the rooms wouldn’t at least be stocked with four towels. They only had one towel in there. I had to call down to housekeeping to get a towel, valet guys are not very nice when I called to ask a question they were very put off and then I was still talking and they had hung up the line

I love the pool area and surroundings, the lobby is fine , the rooms are great the people working there are very friendly.However this was my third and last stay there. It is just a calaminity of errors from the front desk and service from the hotel. Check in was great and so happy as we arrived two days before our cruise to use the pool and see Ft Lauderdale. However we got to the room and the phone did not work and no safe in the room. We had to go back downstairs 12 floors and advise. They said we will send someone up immediately. Two hours later someone came to fix the safe. I said you cannot fix it as we have no safe. I go back downstairs and tell them again about the phone and safe. We wait another hour and a half and I go back downstairs. We have now missed lunch, 31/2 hours of our pool time. They send someone up with a safe and a phone guy. They leave I go to make a drink, Not one wine glass, not one drinking glass and he is fixing the phone so I go back downstairs 12 floors, fourth time. Now I have to wait until housekeeping arrives with glasses and I ask for both kinds. Housekeeping arrives with wine glasses no drinking glasses, we reorder drinking glasses and have to wait and then have to tip the guy. Breakfast the next day was absolutely disgusting, cold coffee, cold and dry scrambled eggs, very little to choose from besides the fruit, and a dried cold pancake. I had to ask about the credit per room which I found out about from another guest. Much more to add but
