Nice and clean studio apartment (queen bed) in a quiet residential area in the heart of Dania Beach. Minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Airport, New Dania Pointe Shopping Center, beaches, shops and dining. There is plenty of parking on the property and there is a coin laundry on the premises. The unit includes cable flat screen tv and Internet/WIFI. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and dishware. This listing is exactly as is. The host generously stocked the unit with toiletries, etc for a more pleasant 1 month stay. Super close to the airport (but I never heard a flyover), the beach, a casino down the street, and downtown ft. Lauderdale is mi uses away by car.

Third time I've stayed at this property. Ben keeps his units very clean and adds updates to them as well. An excellent location priced very reasonably and located close to stores, banks, and most importantly a two minute ride to the beach!! I'll be back.

Great location and price. Walking distance to shops. Two minute drive to the coast and beaches.
A fine establishment. Clean and well stocked for an enjoyable stay. I recommend this site and will hopefully be back for a fourth visit next March.
