I like this hotel, location is perfect only mins from the beach and all entertainment. Two cons due to the rain and thunderstorms, some leaking, not big by the window and one of the beds needs to be changed as its sink and makes a lot of noise. Everything ese was good. Can wait to go back!!! Thanks

We had NO WI-FI the entire time we were there. Spoke to property manager, he kept blaming Comcast and this was before the storm. He never resolved the issue, didnt even try. He stated he doesn't get a paycheck from comcast . Terrible service. There's plenty of other villas to choose from.

Our stay was great,my only complaint is that there was no way to communicate with anyone on the property.We left today at 7am and had no way to checkout.I called the number on the sign and left a message that we were checking out and that I left the key on the table.At this point this is the only communication I have received.No other email.One last thing is that I had the parking permit for the length of my stay and still got a $45 ticket on our last night there with a car.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The bead was comfortable and I slept good every night. There is plenty of parking to the south or across the street to the west. It is in a perfect location 2 minute walk and your on the beach and boardwalk. Just a short walk and your at the main stage at Margaritaville with great bands. Around the corner from there is Billy’s stone crab for excellent gourmet seafood on the waterfront. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect “Crash Pad” for beachgoers
This hotel is clearly a 1950’s-1960’s hotel with everything you need and just a 3 minute walk to beach. We got the one bedroom that was renovated facing Connecticut St and the king size bed was comfortable and room dark perfect for sleeping for me. Bathroom was rennovated; both couches need to be replaced. This is a great deal for a value of you only plan on sleeping, showering and having morning coffee…Price was very good for size of unit but property run down.
