We had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel, although there were a few things that could have been better. When we arrived, the office was closed, but the room was already prepared, and we received clear instructions regarding the keys and parking. The hotel provides a gas grill, but it’s important to note that you’ll need to bring your own gas or charcoal, which we didn’t know beforehand. Additionally, the room is advertised as having a kitchen, but it only had the top part of a stove, which was a bit disappointing. We almost went without dinner, but thankfully, some kind neighbors allowed us to use their oven. On the plus side, the beach is only a 2-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The hotel also has its own parking, so we didn’t have to worry about paying for beach parking. However, we did find the fan and air conditioning a bit loud and the floors pretty dirty- our white socks turned black after walking around the room. One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly and engaging property management. We had a great chat with him in the morning.

Overall it was a bed to sleep in. Close proximity to the beach and broadwalk. We did kill one roach and the apartment did have an old air conditioner smell. It has definitely gone downhill since our last stay several years ago.

Front desk guy was really helpful during check in . Loved that the beach was just a min walk . The problem were at 750 am the next door had a loud banging noise that woke us all up lasted like 5 mins . Heater in the room was not working so it got really cold at night . We saw a homeless man sitting in the tent outside our room . Toilet window was unable to close so cold air kept coming in . The office is open from 9am to 5 pm so if you needed help after 5 …. Good luck . We loved the location so much and the guy that checked us in was super friendly. If they fix all the stuff above issues it will make this property excellent.

Pro: liked the proximity to the beach, restaurants and boardwalk. Con: wifi was almost nonexistant in our suite. Had to go out to the courtyard to get full range wifi. Room was not cleaned, beds not made and towels were not replaced during our 2 night stay; we had no idea this would be the case. We came back after being gone all day to find we didnt have towels for shower. No bottled water available whether for pay or complementary. Sofa bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. I had to open it and make the bed myself, even though we requested 2 beds during our booking.

Great place for a beach getaway!
Very quaint older studios minute or two walk from the water! My husband and I loved the outdoor sitting areas and the ability to cook our own meals was a great bonus!! Parking was available on site and across the street, which was a plus. Perfect for a quiet get away and budget friendly!! Will stay again. Next time longer!!!

The area wasn't the issue. It took over 1 wk to get a human to answer the phone to verify my reservation. The unit itself was clean at first glance. Sheets were clean but the bedspread was filthy. 2 towels & 1 washcloth were clean. The others looked like they hadn't been washed at all. Hair was all through the second washcloth.The AC ran like a jet engine. The remote was missing. We were unable to change the temperature.

I would not recommend this place! My husband is door intolerant and after being in the room for 10 minutes he was sick! We looked around the room and it had a smell of mold! I contacted Expedia to be refunded but nothing could be done on the spiral the Manager was away! We decided to leave the premises and get a new place to stay! This establishment should be closed and disinfected thoroughly! Stay away from this hotel!
