Worst stay ever. Front desk staffing very unprofessional. Housekeeping never changes the bed sheets. Dirty since you get there. Room wasn’t ready at check in. (I got there later and still wait for my room)… management not able to solve problems. This is very disappointing- I usually stay in Hilton Hotels and never got this bad experience.

I booked my stay here because of the pool which happened to be closed my entire stay without any notice. I asked what other arrangements could be made since this was my baby’s first time in FL. I wasn’t offered a voucher for a uber to the beach or maybe a discount to a local park or pool. Instead I was told that the pool closure was on their website which it was not. When I checked in it was obvious that the room was not properly cleaned. There was toothpaste in the sink and dirty linens. The crib sheets were stained with yellow spots (feces) and when I requested new sheets they had hair in them. When I pulled back the sheets for the bed there were hairs and false eyelashes in the bed. I called down to the front desk they informed me that there was not housekeeping at this time but that’d they send new sheets. After 30 mins someone showed up with just a flat sheet and no comforter and I had to put my own sheets on the bed. The next morning I checked in with the front desk and asked for my room to be cleaned and was told that it would be serviced. For 3 days the same dirty diapers and food stayed in the trash. The breakfast staff and breakfast were very good and that was the only upside to my stay.

Really dirty bathroom with scum build up on the walls and shower floor. Check-in was long due to cruise ship people staying there. The only thing which made me stay was the lady at check-in who did her best to help me get a good room.
