For the most part, it was a good stay. Everyone at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I didn't realize the hotel came with a shuttle. There's daily parking/resort fee. There was a piece of hair on my bed but other than that, our room was clean. Robes were in the closet. I was celebrating my 40th and the lady at the front desk made me feel special. The same for the guy on the rooftop bar. This was my first resort ever going to, and I had to open the door myself.
