It is also a very short stroll to the acclaimed sugar-white sand beaches of Seaside. There are two grand porches at the front of the home, downstairs is an open air porch with outdoor dining and a lounge area and upstairs is a screened in porch with an additional seating and lounge area. With updated coastal-themed furnishings, the first floor welcomes you into an entrance foyer with a spacious living area, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a half bath and an outdoor porch with a grill in the back. The home sits on an oversized Seaside Avenue lot with a large fenced in yard with a white picket fence.

Upstairs, the second floor includes a sitting area which is great for playing games and afternoon naps as well as, and a queen sleeper sofa to sleep two more. Also on the second floor is a bunk room with twin bunks and a twin trundle and a queen bedroom that share a hall bath. There is also a master bedroom with a king bed with a modern, private bath (shower only) with double vanities. All bedrooms have access to a the screened-in balcony porch to enjoy the great views of town and peaceful Seaside Avenue. This home has a driveway big enough for two cars comfortably. For additional options, this cottage may also be rented as a 2-bedroom cottage (Fleur de Lis 2 Lockoff) during the fall and winter.
