Poor Service And Lack Luster Stay
The check-in process was seamless and straightforward. The room was meticulously maintained and presented in a clean condition. However, the bed exhibited signs of wear and tear, necessitating replacement. Additionally, two of the pillows were noticeably lumpy and uncomfortable due to their replacement requirement. Furthermore, one of the curtains exhibited an issue where it failed to close completely, and the remote control for one of the televisions had malfunctioning buttons. While these issues could have been addressed, the primary concern was the double charge incurred for the room. Initially, I had paid for my room through Hotels.com. However, Sheridan subsequently charged me an additional fee for the entire cost of the room. Upon contacting the company, I was informed that they were unable to identify the payment source as it was made through a third party (which I firmly believe is not the case). In an attempt to resolve the matter, I requested a meeting with the manager. However, despite leaving a voicemail, I have yet to receive a response. Consequently, my funds are currently held pending a refund, which is particularly inconvenient given the impending arrival of Hurricane Milton. The error in this situation resulted in the inability to obtain all the necessary supplies, further exacerbating the inconvenience.

The guy told me if you dont wanna pay for parking you can try the ramada parking lot they have free parking there (Really Sir?) Need to work on customer service we evacuated there for the Storm...

I enjoyed my stay, the pillows could be a little more firm. The microwave in our room did not work as I was attempting to heat something late at night, this was inconvenient because it did not work. The room could have been cleaner in regards to the tables. Some things do need to be upgraded in the rooms.

My friends stayed at the Marriott next door while the Mare Fair conference was staged. They lost sleep watching the 4-Chan alt right conference roamed the hallways way after midnight. On Saturday nite, my friend Curt was awakened by security after being swatted by the Mare Fair. His room was breached by security at midnight after a report that his room was home to a late night party. The Sheraton by comparison was quiet and clean. I loved my stay while Curt and friends were traumatized by the Mare Fair cretons. I hope this serves as a lesson to ban Mare Fair in the future.
